“Freely ye have received, freely give.”
Matthew 10:8
Last updated: 5 August 2026. By using this site you accept the terms below.
The heart of these terms is unusual, so it is stated first: everything on this site is given away. You may copy it, print it, translate it, preach it and pass it on. You may not sell it.
You are freely permitted, and warmly encouraged, to:
No permission need be sought and no fee is payable. We ask only that the material not be altered in a way that changes its doctrine, and that it not be attributed to us in a form we did not write.
This material must never be sold, and no profit may be sought from it, by us or by anyone else. It was received freely and is given freely. Recovering the bare cost of paper and printing when distributing it at no margin is not a sale within the meaning of this clause; anything beyond that is.
Original material on this site remains the property of its author, and the above permission is granted deliberately and without charge. The King James Bible is in the public domain in Canada, as is the Ostervald French Bible.
This is the teaching ministry of a local church. It sets out what we understand the Scriptures to teach, and it does so plainly and with conviction. It is offered for your consideration, and you are asked throughout to check everything against the Bible for yourself rather than take our word for anything.
This site does not provide, and must not be relied upon as:
If you are in distress or danger, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service. Spiritual counsel and professional care are not rivals, and nothing here should be read as discouraging anyone from obtaining proper help.
This site is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind. We take real care over accuracy, and we correct errors when they are shown to us, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every mistake. Should you find an error of fact or of Scripture reference, please tell us and we will examine it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither this assembly nor those who write for it shall be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or its material.
Links to external sites are offered as a convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, which may change without our knowledge. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the far side of it.
Anyone corresponding with us is asked to do so courteously. We will not knowingly publish or circulate material that is defamatory, hateful, or contrary to law — and we hold, as a matter of doctrine and not merely of policy, that hatred of any people is contrary to the gospel we preach.
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
These terms may be revised from time to time. The version posted here, bearing the date above, is the one in force.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. This site is published in French and in English; both versions are provided so that every reader may use the language of their choice.
There is no contact form and no email address on this site. Any question about these terms may be raised in person with the assembly when it meets.
